Default Classic engine dampers?

I've gone off one a bit of a mad one concerning drivetrain losses recently and I came across a pic of an Evo on another forum that had an engine damper fitted. Are these even available for the Classic Scoobs and how much power can one retain / claw back from drivetrain losses due to engine movement with these?

I might be wrong, but I don't think that it's such an issue for the longitudinally mounted engine of an Impreza as the torque is transferred in a different direction to the transverse engine in an Evo?

Thanks. Something along those lines had already crossed my mind. You definitely don't see many Scoobs with them fitted.

Bump for more input.

As said not needed, all you need is Group N engine and gearbox mounts, then there will be little movement for the engine.

How much improvement, horsepower and torque-wise can I expect from uprated mounts? (MY00 UK Turbo)

Erm none.

They are mounts to hold the engine and box, so just less movement.

Try bigger turbo/injectors and a remap for more power and torque.
