Any chance of looking into this guys?

Most annoying when you've typed a long reply or pm and it crashes the forum.

 

Hi, I use ipad2 iOS 4.3.3 and never have issues with SN or Safari in general.. Maybe it's your iPad issue? Or maybe I've been lucky?

 

Might be an ios5 issue

No one cares guys. its been reported before and you don't even get a reply. I put a request up three weeks ago and same thing. It would be nice to get some sort of reply though wouldn't it.

 

Bugger! I upgraded to iOS 5.01 last night... I too now feel the pain!

 

Mine does it and now on attempt number 5 at posting to this thread. Its a total pain in the ****. Is anyone doing anything about it?

 

Didn't dare type anymore I case of another crash. I'm also on 5.0 and there seams to be no rhyme or reason to it, but random crashes mid reply are most annoying.

3rd attempt because of crashing. I phone seems fine but not the iPad. Getting pissed off with it now

Can't seem to reply to very much on here with the I pad. Strange as it seems to be the only site I have a problem with.
Does any one who runs this forum actually look at these posts and act? Not even a half arsed "were looking into it". Makes you wonder what we pay for!

 

Are you logging in direct from safari?
Have you tried using Tappatalk app? (or Tapatalk?) does it make a difference?

(Im often on the ipad 5.01 OS, but not typed much so no issues yet.

Vey strange behaviors.

Can I get more specifics..what were you doing when it crashed?

 

Mine is when I try to reply either on a thread or private message. I know to logout properly to clear cookies but not possible when it crashes

 

Are you all on iPad2's?

I have had this problem on my I phone running 5.0 but my I pad running an older iOS is fine.

 

Seems to be fixed on iOS 5.1

 

Mine used to crash on my iphone 4s till i did the update fine for the last couple of days
