Replacement/Spare Inovit Tarmac centre caps (18inch)

Anyone know when I can get a set of these? Thinking of going carbon but can't find any......or even a few spares would be good. Also, anyone know what size these are...I think the "face" dia is 65-66mm and the inside is 62/62mm? Any ideas?

You can get them brand new from Inovit as I was looking for some last year. I can't remember exactly but think it was 25-35 for a set of 4 carbon effect.
