What kind of power are people running with a standard subaru classic 5 speed gearbox ??????

If its a ty754. I heard Harvey smith ran over 400bhp on this gearbox

All over 350 is only matter of time(and sometimes even with less things go kaboom).

Like wiley said thats for ty754 which is superior to ty752.

i was running over 400 on a uk 5 speed. it coped with gentle normal gear changes no issue. Hoever last night i changed gear very quickly and dropped the clutch and it shredded second.

So take your time with normal non drag race style gear changes and you should be ok. Its when you race things you tend to f*ck things up!!
