K reg black Scoob (didn't notice if saloon or wagon as "going to bl66dy fast") "flexing his muscle" down Sandhurst rd tonight, he wanted to remind the driver that it's "only a 40 limit" !!!!

Whoever it was, be warned, police often park up half way down on left hand side to do speed checks....
