you dont need to change the grill mate, just the lamp units.

The electrics refers to the height adjusters but theyre not essential. There are manual beam adjusters on the unit for setting them up.

I have a pair of crystals if you're interested.

 

OE crystals will be electric, but, as above, can be manually adjusted. Mine are like that, except with HID Xenon projectors fitted

Aftermarket crystal lights are usaully manual only, CAN be cheaper than the electric ones and are fine. I had a pair, but sold them on to retain electric levelling.
