Default Rear Morette Lights Newage Full of moisture

Has anyone on here got rear morette lights fitted to their newage impreza?

I have them on my 03 STI and have for a while now. Their starting to bug me because the circle reflectors and the circular led brake light cluster keep filling with condensation!

I know why because in the bottom of each part theres a small hole drilled into them. I can only asume that this is to allow the air inside to expand etc because they're a sealed unit besides the hole.

This thing is water gathers in the recesses where they fit and because which means the water goes in through the hole! I've had them off several times, dried them out and the last time I tried sealing the holes with a rubber glue.

Clearly the glue wasn't good enough but before I take them off and go through the procedure again I wanted to see if anyone else has had this problem and if they've rectified it.

I used the email off the website:

info@morette.com

I got a quick reply giving me the following quote to replace the units with ones without holes

4 x Red (2 each rear light)22.08 each
2 x Silver reflector (1 each light)27.06 each
2 x Silver reflector with red led's (1 each light)45.90 each

For those that aren't sure which parts the above quotes are for. If you look at the morette website and look at the reat lights for the newage impreza

http://www.morette.com/products/REAR...03_popup_2.htm

Each side has 4 light clusters, each cluster being made up of 2 parts. The inner light and then a second piece, like a donut that surrounds it. The prices are for the outer donut shaped parts. Nearly 200 quid to replace them all
