Just need a little pointer if there are any BMW technicians on here.

i picked up a 51 Plate 330 CI M Sport on the weekend, the only issue with it was the CD player front LCD screen is broken, which the seller let me know about before i went to see it which was not an issue for me. Figured a quick look on eBay and the likes would get it replaced, so no big deal.

The problem i have is on my player is states its a

PROFESSIONAL

and since hunting around all i can come across is

BUSINESS

Questions i have are

1) what is the difference if any at all?

2) should i pick up a later version say from a 2004 etc or does it not matter?

for the display - it doesn't matter. There wasa guy on ebay i sent my 5 & 7 series clocks and OBDs to and he put new ribbon and clear screens in the units for £80...this is for dead pixels
