Just about to get 4 x 17"OZ's in Anthracite with the P-Zero tyres for £975. There unused as the owner has upgraded to 18's.

Have seen most go for between £900 - £1000...

You should be able to sell them in a few days on here........

Sounds fair-ish. I'd start at 400 quid and see what happens.

Gold? Hmm.

If you buy them brand new from the Scooby dealer with tyres its going to cost about £1600 all in. The tyres are about £500 new leaving the wheels at about £1100

So for unused secondhand wheels more like £600 - £700 is a good price. If used or damaged then that will come down

Scoobysnack
They are only painted gold - not solid!!!

4 x 17" wheels plus 215/40x17 S02's = £1,256 fitted.

Question

I have been offered first refusal on a set of the 17inch OZ Racing alloys from an X plate P1. How much should I pay for them with tyres?.

Right.

All in. Everything.

Squeezed my local dealer for 7.5% off the wheels - something to do with buying two sets and buying two new MY00's off them last July.

Four tyres from Mark at Tyres Northampton at £110 + vat each inc fitting, balancing etc.

Total £1,256 (but x 2 cars!!)

Great price then........

Makes you think if people clubbed together with definite orders what price you could get it down too.

Anyone know what margin the Scooby dealers make???

Shame we just can't go to OZ to buy....they would probably go for £750 all in with the margins removed......

Or can we with OZ Corsa wheels, they look identical to the P1's. Any knowledge there Dave T-S

It aint gonna happen mate - the Corsa is indeed the Prodrive P1 wheel - but it has two cast in Prodrive logos in the rim and thus is exclusive to Prodrive, only to be sold via Subaru dealers - OZ will not sell them direct.....

Don't be ashamed, i'm impressed - having dealt with your fellow countrymen in business for the last 20 years most of them think a pound is the place their car gets locked up in for non-payment of parking fines, not the British currency.......

Hol, I saw these wheels yestreday. I'm not sure that they are the P1 gold alloys. The reason being that the cap in the centre didn't have prodrive written on it, just OZ Racing so perhaps these are the 48 offset superleggeras as oposed to the 53 offset P1 wheels! Also the condition of the rims, although not buckled are a little scratched up so would probably want re-spraying. I wouldn't pay £500 for them, I'd offer £70 a rim or something, especially as there are no tyres on them!

It is not easy to mix them up - this is the P1 wheel:

And these are Superleggeras.....

Cheers Dave

Think they were P1 wheels then as they had all the writing around the rim, I wasn't paying too much attention to them as they were put buy for someone else and I wasn't buying them..just noticed that they didn't have Prodrive written on them like the anthracite P1 wheels have!

Nito,

Your right mate. they dont have Prodrive written on the centre caps, just OZ racing.
Surprises me then that they were fitted to a P1!. I thought they were a factory fit?.

Anyway, I only gave £200 for them as two of them could do with refurbishing on the edges.
Ive been quoted £35 a rim, so under £300 in all. Just need to get some OZ lettering.

I saw the same wheels style wheels on the cover car scooby of exchange exchange and mart this weekend.

Nito,

Im in the Chatham area.

I would join the convoy, but Im still digressing over a car to buy. I bought the wheels on inpulse knowing that it was either going to be a Scooby or an Evo.
Maybe I shouldnt have said that last name!, hope you lot will still talk to me?.
