Breaking in new clutch help???

As title, new blue exedy 230mm fiited, how many miles of driving like a granny & as I get stuck in traffic a lot best way to wear it in, I am driving it with kid gloves at the moment!!!

Drive the car how you normally would mate, If you don't and drive it to carefully it will cause the face of the clutch to harden or something and will cause judder, (What i was told when i had mine fitted)

I was told not to really go over half revs etc for over a 1k miles or do any quick changes, suppose everyone has there own opinions i suppose, I just don't want to make wear unevenly.
