Hand book will normally tell you or just take it out and look on the metal part, will also say.
Now you need to be warned that certain HID's will become illegal shortly with the new law thats coming in for after market fitments (unless you have self levelling and washers fitted, which your car doesnt ) so you may just be better with a brighter Halogen bulb (cant remember if they are a H4 or H7 as both my scoobs are JDM's and i would have to take one out to check).
