Default 50k Service

My car will soon be due the 50k service(cambelt)

The car is a 2007 wrx GB270 it has been running 345/380 from 10k.

What should I expect this to cost and would you recommend always changing the tensioner at the 50k service.

Cheers Iain

I combined the cambelt service with the 60k one and paid £600
Reckon on £350 to £400 at a specialist
My specialist checked the tensioners and said in all his experience, he had never seen a snapped belt. He recommended changing them at 90k, or sooner if the engine had been taken apart

Just had my 50k cam belt service done way ahead of schedule at subaru. Wasn't that bad. Certainly not £600. Running similar power and torque. Nice cars to drive!

Still on the orginal 5 speed box.

Had the car at Knockhill and the 1/4 mile at crail without any problems, but always aware of the gearbox, eventually hoping to go for the ppg.
