Default Ej20 block with ARP studs

I have forsale my old Ej20 block with ARP head studs forsale. £120 for the bare block.. Bores will need honing, minor crazes in bores, pictures to follow

Sorry buddy i have no idea.. What is the difference between the 2?

Does open mean not complete and closed mean complete???

round the bores is there big space for water or smallish hole for water
