Default Where I can get 3mm wheel spacers from ???

As above. I need 3mm wheel spacers. Where can I get them from?
Do they have to be hubcentric ones or normal ones will do the job as well?

Personally I'd ask the guys at Revolution about wheels, they have looked after me for as long as I can remember. I guess Glenn is retired by now LOL

Take a wheel off and measure how much of a lip you have for centre location of the wheel If you have 5mm these should be fine. I'm sure with a 5mm spacer you still have something left but it's nothing useful. Only way to know is to measure & try it.

As above make sure the wheel is sat on the hub and not just held on with the nuts, if I was going to fit wheel spacers i'd get some better ones than those from halfords, try demon tweaks.
