Default can you adjust the clutch bite point

as title i have just had an (slightly used) exedy paddle clutch and fidanza flywheel fitted to my95 wrx wagon and the bite point is right at the top of the peddle, (was told the whole kit had only seen 1000 miles running an engine in and it looked in good condition) it was like this on the 16 year old clutch and flywheel that came out and the old one was slipping, the car drives fine like this but i am worried if it gets any higher it will be a struggle to drive, can the bite point be adjusted?
thanks
neill
