Default Another fuel consumption question

I've discovered my 95 wagon already has a 255 fuel pump fitted as well as a blue panel filter and cat back exhaust system of unknown make. I've been told that this is this enough to increase fuel consumption over standard? Only getting 200 miles to a tank full or 300 if I drive like a granny, off boost.

Thanks

Why do people fill their cars to the brim. That's enough to bring MPG down on it's own. Your carrying all that extra weight around.
If your on a long journey then fair enough but otherwise it's just crazy.

Fuel consumption will decrease if you fit a VTA dump valve.

I get between 280 and 360

If you don't fill up to the brim you have to keep going back to the garage and that's wasted miles

I've worked out that I can get approx 26 mpg if I really drive like a Granny. I mean totally off boost and never go above 50-55 mph. I was putting it down to the WRX having really short gear ratios too. Normal?

I know the extra urbun is around 30mpg , urbun is 22mpg and combined is 24-26mpg. I got those figures from my owners manual. Mine is a classic and a P1 and the aero helps the mpg.
