Brake advice please!
I have a standard Bug WRX and I'm not very happy with the braking performance so I was planning on new pads and discs and brake oil change to see if it sharpens them up a bit.
I haven't really looked into the cost of standard parts so is there an alternative that will give me better braking? I don't want to replace any of the calipers so it's just discs and pads I'm looking for.
Any advice is much appreciated, thanks.

Dependant on budget, Ian Godney sells his grooved discs with kevlar pads for a very reasonable price and the feedback on here is that they offer better performance than the OE setup. Next is a more track orientated pad, such as the NDX Bluestuff from EBC matched ti Ian's discs.
I went for DBA discs, currently with Ferodo DS 2500 pads at the front, Ian's discs and kevlar pads at the rear, DOT 5.1 fluid, braided hoses.
I have the NDX Blue pads waiting to be fitted very soon.
I have never experienced fade with my setup. (Car is only running 312 bhp)
