New filter size = shorter service intervals
Without mentioning brands etc as a few of you will know 
the new oil filters have just got smaller,anyway i measured the old size against the new and by my calculations there now approx 25% smaller.So anyone using pre 2003 cars take this into account when working out when to do a change.
