Lee, I did exactly the same to my Hawkeye as I think the rear lights do look slightly chav. The Blobeye lights look far better and the red segments suit the look far better than the clear segments on the Hawkeye lamps.
Even better to get the JDM ones as the circular light is the night light with square as the brake light
TX.
Edit - doh, you've done that already!

middle lights are the break lights (insted of the side lights)
on the uk cars the outside on the left light is a blank/reflector
and the outside on the right light is the fog light
on JDM models the have side lights on both outside positions....

yea your right.. got to keep it clean though will probably be my home when me and her indoors have a row..
Inner circles are now the side lights (instead of the break light)

Both had different holes blanked, so I got a "Circle" cutter thing and opened up the lenses on all of them, I now have the inner circles as brakes, and middle and outer as rear lights. Took some swapping of bulb holders too as the JDM ones and UK were slightly different.
As mine is a JDM I have the usual foglight cut into the bumper.
I've got the silvertec bulbs, got mine from Demon Tweekes but Autobulbs direct is a really good source of bulbs too

My god looks like you had a bit if a nightmare with the lights then, never mind as long as they are done now.. know what you mean i had a bit of trouble swapping the bulb holders as well, i sware they are all slightley different and the wires only just reached as well my thumbs are killing me...
when you drilled the blank space did you have to get new bulb holders then...?

It was a bugger but not that bad, I used a "Conical" stepped type hole drill, and going carefully I made the hole so it was a tightish fit on the type of holder I had to use. I also had to trim down the bits that you twist to lock the holder in, so that the bulb went far enough into the back of the lens, a snug fit and thay havn't budged at all.
I'm toying with the idea of having the circles as sides now and move the brake into either the middle or the outer bit.
If you do drill them out at any point, get someone to hoover the bits as you go, as they can escape back into the lense area ! I know I had to hoover mine out !! get 'em before they drop in LOL.
P.S. I had a spare rear light loom and pinched holders off that.
