Changing rear brake back plate

Changing rear brake back plate
I need to change the rear back plate on my 1993 WRX Ra. How do i get the flange with the wheels bolts off the hub, so I can remove the back plate. I have moved the whole rear hub of the car and remove the rear shaft. Please help
