Default gearbox fitment

hi all my gearbox has gone on my 2001 wrx bugeye so i took it to get reconditioned before xmas now company gone bust and im left without a gear box so i just want to no what year gearboxes will fit my car as im desprete to get one asap thanks James

I assume its a UK car if so your gearbox code would be TY754VN1AA or maybe 2AA.
If so boviously either of those or a TY754VN4AA. Make sure you fit a 754 designated box as these are stronger than the earlier classic boxes. Ideally look for a 4AA box from a UK blobeye model they go for around £300. Thin matty on here is breaking one just now.
