Default Turbo Advice needed

Alright chaps just a bit of Turbo advice needed here.

I currently have a P1 WR with the stock VF28 and it's on it's way out.

I have

RCM Ceramically coated Tubular Headers (unequal).
RCM Ceramically coated Up-pipe.
RCM 3"inch Exhaust system (no-cat)
RCM Induction kit
RCM remap currently boosting to 1.5bar
Uprated Fuel pump
Soon to be GT2 FMIC and Simtek ECU

Stock Internals

I'm looking to upgrade the turbo but there is literally so so much choice and I'm new to the subaru world.

Eventually I was looking at a good 450bhp with forged internals so which turbo is best suited to this and best bang for buck. Td06 / RCM series / Md series/ Scooby clinics series im so confused.

Any advice would be welcome

18g on a 2.0l is not a laggy turbo. However if you want a future proof turbo for your forge build then the MD series turbos are popular along with many others.

VF30, VF35 (sleeve bearing) or a VF34 roller bearing turbo and a map, I wouldnt want to go much further than these turbo's on your engine really
