Default engine removal-what a day

I have been taking the engine out of the car today, everything going well. ancillaries off, rad off etc. started on the downpipe, all going well until I get to the last one, the bottom one on the drivers side. Will it budge - will it heck as like.

Anyone have some advice - apart from hitting it with a sledge lol

Will the engine come out with the headers still one along with up pipe and turbo?

cheers

daniel

thanks,

I am thinking while its out I should fit some decent headers and an up pipe but concerned about it passing the mot before I can get to sort a remap on it.

Heat it up then put a spanner on it and hit it with a club hammer, works everytime for me.

Regarding the clutch fork rod, screw a m8 bolt into the end of it and wiggle and pull

cheers, its gunna get the gas tomorrow but there isnt the room to get in there with a hammer. I got some of the other off by doubling up the spanners to get some leverage but not enough room on this one.

a fresh look tomorrow with some gas and hoefully get the engine out.
