red is 2 port, the blue one is a 3 port.
Both can be used for parallel or serial setups, the 3 port one just has a less cluttered setup,as you do not need a t piece

Pretty sure I need a three port as I'm running parallel fuel rails?

This is a 2 port, but with a T piece can be used on a parallel rail setup.

Would it still supply the same pressure as a three port having used a T piece to supply both rails ?

Yes mate. Do exactly the same, just that 3 port saves Y ing (T piece) if off.
Would work fine

If you are afraid of pressure dropping maybe fit a An6/An6/An8 T.
Coming from the rails with An-6, and then a short piece of An8 to the regulator.
But that would be overkill really, the hose from T to FPR being the same size as each individual injector rail hose would not be a major obstacle to flow.
