Noticed when my car came back from its MOT that the fog lights had red stickers over them.

It turnns out that the bulbs are clear with clear lenses

Have been to halfords and other motor factors in search for red bulbs with the specified bayonete fitting with no joy at all. Can only find orange tinted ones.

I Know it is not critical as i never use foglights anyway and can always put the stickers on for MOT but i like my scoob to be perfect.

 

you can get red lence tape and just stick it over come mot time but to be honest if you get pulled and they check your light you might get done for a clear fog light might be better just to get a red lence for the light

 

Get some LED ones. They are clear, but light up red.

Best to go online for these. If Halfords were ever to sell them, they'd be over 20 quid.

You can't show white lights at the rear unless the vehicle is in reverse gear. That's the law.

You CAN, however, buy glass paint that will turn a white bulb red.
