The bulb in mrs blu-scoobs clock has popped
. Is it the 286/T5 bulb that is fitted? Also does the clock (not the dial part) have its own green filter or is it a green capped bulb?
Cheers

Does anyone know what the clock bulb is though
Could do with knowing before I remove them so I can have the bulbs here ready
I'd advise against red LEDs, since the cluster has green filter fitted and simple secondary school physics will tell you that RED light CANOT pass through a GREEN filter.
You may end up disappointed with VERY dim clocks, as some have who've already done this.

I was very good a physics thank you and know that an LED should only give out red light, which cannot pass through a green filter
When I said I may split the cluster I meant to remove the horrid green filter, thus letting lots of lurrrvlee red light through
Anybody know what size the clock bulb is?
