Removing drivers door trim.

Question

Tips , anyone on removing the door trim , door has developed an annoying creeky noise around about door handle ickle grill.
MY99 RB5.

1. Remove the little triangular place on the inside of the wing-mirror.
2. Remove the little square plastic cover roughly in the middle of the door.
3. Unscrew the screw in the middle of the door opener and remove the trim.
4. Remove the screw behind the little plastic cover
5. Remove the screw behind the door handle
6. Prise up the electric window switch and unplug the wires (theres a little lug you need to push)
7. Prise the door trim forward so that it clicks free of the door skin.
8. Lift the trim up and clear carefully (I always found it easier to have the window down for some reason.

Hope this helps.

Now if someone could tell me how to do the same on my CTR as it seems a little more difficult.

If its only trim creaking as opposed to a rattle, spray the plastics in that area with silicone based lubricant. Castrol do one which works a treat. Available from most car spare shops. Try that before taking your car to bits Also "back to black" has similar properties but doesn't last as long.
