Don't know what this 'explored' thing is - probably my age, but some real bizarre pics in the good sense, some proper arty stuff going on there

 

explored means that the photo goes into the top 500 photos for the week, and appears sometimes on the frontpage.

such lovely vivid colours, how do you achieve them?

 

they are all HDR images, and the colours are usually really vivid after tonemapping. i then tweak the colours in photoshop.
