Electric Folding mirrors
The short answer is no.
BUT: fitting a set isn't difficult so long as you have the right connectors, (off a smashed car, Impreza, Leggy etc), enough decent thinwall cable, (www.vehiclewiringproducts.co.uk), some heat shrink, a soldering iron and the switch for the folding mirrors. You also need a decent circuit tester, or a multimeter. The actual fitting takes around half a day, including removal/refitting of doorcards etc.
Let me know if I can be of help.

Mien, same year and spec as yours, had the wiring from the mirrors to the door.
All I had to do was run two wires from the conecting block, inside of the car, near each door, to the switch, and it was sorted.
