Well I worked for a year in Oslo with a fairly cold winter and according to some of the guys that lived there, it did seem to be a surprise!
That said Norway is demographically very different to the uk so different requirements. i.e. small population, most who live in the same city, much further distances, often covered by air or rail..

Sounds like a normal winter morning...
We've currently got 52cm of snowfall here, only -10C atm thought, business as usual.

lol this weather is mental.. i heard piston slap from a golf r32 yesterday morning.. made me think twice about starting the scoob up without dry cranking - weather cant be good fro the cars
