What are the rules on fitting a de-cat exhaust?? It would be going on a 95 WRX if it makes any difference.

Also what would be the best make to get??

Think you'll find that on a 95 with full decat it will fail the MOT on emissions as you need one cat in there, so you might need to swap back the center with a cat in it.
