Default rear brake seized

hi guy had my 99 parked up for 6 months now and someones left the hand brake on (not me).
problem is the drivers rear is completly seized on, ive tryed hitting it with a big hammer to no joy.
i started to take it apart the other day but could not get the brake disk of at all.
i removed the caliper and it seems like the hand brake is not holding it but it just wont move.
can anyone help

it might be just rusted onto the hub , have you hit the disc with a mallet so it is loose on the hub , if so it should come off , if it jams just before coming off then the handbrake would need loosening , give me a ring if you want me to run through it
