i keep meaning to have a bash at this but dont wanna get started if i get stalled due to not having a tool and have a garage with a half stripped box

cam i change bearings or do i need a special tool to seperate with a press ( i got access to a press just not sure what special tool as i work at a ford main dealer)

hope people can help as i wanna be nosey have have a look inside
