The 4 pots off a classic were 8mm as ive just done this job yesterday, i reckon they are the same 4pots off a 2002, hope this helps

I hadn't even considered 8mm's.
Some websites mention 6mm, others 7mm, not seen 8mm mentioned yet.
Think I better hang on and measure them tonight.
I wouldn't put stainless nipples in alloy calipers, I've had thread galling before.
Wasn't sure about cast Iron, that's why I asked.
