What is a ''List 1B Tyre'' ?

As the title says really, what is a ''list 1B Tyre'' ?

It's an MSA thing where they allow some classes of cars to compete on genuine road tyres (1A's) like the Toyo TR1 etc, and 1B represent Road legal racing rubber like Toyo 888.
