Default replacing rear diff seal-hard or easy job?

Hi guys need to change rear diff seal on a late 98 import with a 99 engine how hard or easy we talking? my mate has the seal and wants me to help out, just after some pre advice about the job before we take it on! cheers in advance!

make sure you mark the diff and propshaft so that it goes back on in exactly the position it came off
