All lined up ready to be refurbished for 2.1 strokers.
I'd like some more as they are selling like hot cakes.

We fully strip your block and chemically clean. We bore and hone to fit using a stress plate. We use Wiseco pistons and K1 H beam rods with a new 2.5 crank and ACL Race bearings. We balance the assembly. The heads are fully overhauled including the guides. We use Cosworth head gaskets and sump baffle plate, along with an RCM uprated oil pump and ARP head stud kit.
New cam belt. We paint the engine.
All work is carried out in our own machine shop.
We can fit the engine as a full drive in drive out for £4250 inc vat. This also includes the first 50 miles of running in, oil and filter change, washed engine bay etc.
These engines have run well over 500 bhp, even on open deck blocks!

id always be willing to donate mine for an overhaul alan, so long as it came back to me like the above and for free of course!!!! lol

It would never be the power output itself that caused the problem, so much as the cylinder fill required to produce it. If you accepted that's what the problem was. I think it's more likely to be a gasket compromise, followed by water ingress into the cylinder. Hydraulics are not to be messed with.
