Default New dampers?

I've noticed my o/s rear damper is/was leaking, so time for a change.

Obviously best to do both rears at the same time, should I do the front too? (no issues with them)

Car is still totally standard 2000 Uk turbo, don't want to lower it or change the ride comfort much/at all, so just looking for a recommendation for a standard replacement.

And is it an easy enough DIY job? And am I just as well changing the springs at the same time?

Thanks

KYB adjustables aren't bad value... springs should be o.k.
