Default what is the thrust angle?

Was at Silverstone and someone was going about making sure the Thrust angle is correct and on most Subaru's its not
I've never heard of a Thrust angle on Suspension - what is it? and what angle is it supposed to be at?

Imagine a bent trailing arm on one side of a solid axle, this makes the wheels point either left or right of the centre line through the car, measured as a thrust angle.

I imagine wiki has a better explaination.

P.S. 0 degrees is best unless you are banked oval track racing maybe ?
