The GB270 is NOT an Sti. It was the final Hawkeye WRX that Subaru added lots of Prodrive upgrades to to clear stock. PPP, wing, wheels etc..
I'd say it was worth £1-2k more than a normal WRX.
I don't think it's worth more than that as you could get an Sti instead, which IMO is the better car.
The low mileage should help it's value if that's important to you, but the lack of paperwork cancels that out in my mind.
How much are they asking?

as lilesk says, its essentially a WRX with a PPP and a couple of attachments like spoiler etc

If the 3,000 mileage is genuine and the car is mint, then that is still a lot of car for your money.
