hi have a 95 classic might be a silly question but does my rad need two fans on it as my mate got turbo 2000 uk one and hes only got one on his

Two fans are if you have air con.

did have air con but now removed so can i remove one

2 = better cooling, so why do you want to remove one?
and why remove the aircon? thats the car dropping in value
