Anyone heard of Brian Dowley?

Hi people,

Just after some information about Brian Dowley, does he tune & build Impreza's by any chance? I've checked google but there is confusing information.

Never heard of Brian Dowley, but there is a Brian Downie in Aberdeenshire that does that sort of stuff.
