earlier today i accidentaly broke one of the fixings on the radiator (the one right next to the top rad hose )
so just as a temp fix iv ordered J-B water weld,has anyone ever used this or similiar sort of stuff and would it work?

Which fixing? Mine has bolts though the front slam panel and brackets in rubber mounts on top of the rad.

Are you talking about the little pipe at top left as you look at it from in front of the car?

If so, I doubt that stuff will work.

 

yes the little pipe mate the one on the left that goes from rad to header tank,i just need a temp fix until i get a new rad

 

available over the counter in most auto stores - also in pellet form, used these to great effect

Personally, I'd just get a new rad.

The guy that sourced mine warned me about that little pipe, apparently, the slightest excess pressure on it, it's fekked = new rad

 

i havent tried anything with it yet,i have just had a pm and someone might have a complete rad for me so rather replace it,thank god i only spent a fiver on the glue
