How are these different to DS2500's Bren?

edit never mind, I see the DS3000's are really meant for for track use rather than road.

Sorry for the late reply, we are expecting our second child next week so was off last week preparing.

The Ds3000 is a more track orientated compound and is much better able to deal with higher temperatures compared to the DS2500. The DS2500 can start to go wooden if you get them really hot.

However you do need to be careful with the DS3000s, if you overheat them then they can leave pad deposits and cause vibration. I wouldnt advise anyone fit them with a 330mm kit on a car thats doing track work. They are less of an issue woith 356mm as the bigger kit runs cooler but you can still overheat them if you drive hard enough.
