Exclamation Heads up for other traders - card fraudster

As we haven't got our private traders forum up and running yet I will only post a few details.

Hopefully it will stop someone getting ripped off.

Delivery postcode ending: 2AX
Card number ending: 8378

Client IP and other details available if needed.

Tried to do us for £1k, looked suspicious when the order came through and just had the bank in contact to say that it's fraudulent.

Good man. We need to see more traders posting up this type of message

Edit:

After reading Bob5's earlier post this morning, warning other traders of card fraud, JP4mance TP have also been targeted.

Yesterday we took a large order via the website which was sent out to the billing address, despite the customer requesting a different shipping address later on. We took a call from an edlerly lady today who said she had received Subaru parts she didn't order.

The fraudster has a bunch of cards in other peoples names which were all tried and failed on our website. Every order was for Impreza parts.

Card numbers:

Master cards ending 5143, 2765, 8752 and Maesto ending 7755

Here is another one. Best to go by Postcode rather than card numbers as they are using mutilple ones.

Jeez, this is getting worse and if we get any dodgy cards we will update you all too.

Incase any members arent aware...
retailers lose the goods and get the charge back on the card without any insurance cover on the sale so we lose out big style.
Plus the Police are not interested.
