Hi,

I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to attend The Leamington 100 Car & Bike show in Royal Leamington Spa on the 26th September 2010.

This is an annual show open to all types of cars and bikes to allow you to display your vehicles and meet up with like minded individuals who appreciate all the hard work and dedication that goes into keeping vehicles of note.

The primary purpose of the show is to raise as much money as possible for our nominated charity and, as always, this is the Warwickshire & Northamptonshire Air Ambulance,

We have entertainment laid on during the day, we have some refreshment stands and the location for the show is a public park right in the town centre which affords a great location and easy access to the many bars, restaurants and shopping centre if you want to go for a wonder during the day.

We have trophies for the best vehicles in each category, but above all it is a great fun day out. We would love to have you and as many of your club members there as possible and we look forward to hearing from you very soon. We charge a small entry fee for each car or bike and every penny of this is passed on to the charity.

This is less than a week away now and it promises to be a huge event this year.

We have a convoy for those interested that will provide a view of all the cars through the town centre before arriving at the show arena.

We are meeting at the Trident Park, Poseidon Way, Leamington Spa, CV34 6SW from 9.30 and will be leaving there no later than 10.15 if you would like to be part of the cavalcade.

We are also pleased to announce that there will be some after show entertainment with a Hog Roast and rock and roll band at a local pub - The Windmill Pub, Tachbrook Road, Leamington Spa. CV31 3DD.

Bugger didnt see this, im in leamington everyday! How was it?

 

It was great, I think the weather kept a few people away but we still had a very good turn out.

West Mids Scoobies did us proud and supported us very well (thanks H)

Just doing the final tally on monies raised and some of the pics should be up on the Facebook site by the weekend.

I was up at baginton for the small air display so was kinda busy anyway. Really looking forward to coming to some scooby meets soon, havnt been to one yet
