Default WRX CLUTCH LIFE

HI ALL,
LOOKING AT AN UNBASHED 03 WRX BOG STANDARD ON 84K. OWNER SAYS CLUTCH IS FINE. CAN A CLUTCH LAST THIS LONG???????

of course it can. it might have done no launches with a sympathetic driver on motorway miles. conversely, you can kill one in 50 miles if you're so inclined.

the likelihood is that it will need doing in the next few thousand miles if it is original though. I wouldn't use it as whether or not to buy a car or not.

i had a 55 plate wrx with the ppppack on and just sold it with 52000 on original clutch and when i had it it definitely did a few ""clutch smell starts" and was still going strong no slipping could accelerate in 5th no problem
