Due to having an extension built our conservatory is going up for sale approx 14 1/2 foot wide by 12ft depth,its approx 7 years old.

has obscured glass down one side with two top opening windows.
the front has 5 windows each one having a top openening window
one side opening window with two doors on the other side

comes with all guttering,window sills inside and outside and white blinds which were replaced last year.

also the polycarbonate roof sheets were all replaced new at the end of last year

it will need to be dismantled by the buyer but i dont mind giving them a hand.

anybody welcome to come and have a look.

offering on here first before it goes on ebay,not really sure on a price but any sensible offers welcome(note to mods not after a bidding war by people just a sensible offer)

As a builder, a Guide of between 400-600 is a reasonable price for this tyoe of thing..

a bargain with £500 then with no reserve on ebay or as much as some one is willing to pay for one with a new roof as well
