It looks like it was only on HD. They went to adverts and when they realised their error went back to the game and we were 1-0 up.

Did anyone else think the HD picture quality was shocking? I flicked over to Eurosport HD at half time to watch Le Mans and the picture was so much crisper. I didn't notice much difference in the picture quality between ITV SD and ITV HD.

 

Just read on another forum that ITV screwed up the HD feed and had to drop back to SD for most of the game. They can't blame it on the South African's because other countries didn't have a problem. I hope Ofcom tear them a new one!
