my colleague on our late shift has just come in from basildon and there is a crash around lodge avenue.

as he came through the police had just started to close east bound carriageway and send everyone up the 406.

looks like i might be doing a bit of overtime this evening!!!!

i'm not leaving until 4:30ish so am debating on over the river A2, dartford bridge or a12 m11 that way....

 

I would do the A12 M11 route myself

Accident cleared on A13 Ripple Road Eastbound between A1153 Lodge Avenue (Ripple Road Junction) and Morrison Road.

 

so it does, maybe either looked worse than it was or closed the road to allow recovery.

i wont be leaving till 4:30 either. well maybe a little before now.

 

just had it confirmed by another late person from our way, road is open but big tail backs.

 

wont be long before im off then.
